Obituarytoday.com is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content. This action would invite removal of the obituary/remembrance/tribute without refund. The user would be held responsible for the content that is found misleading, hurting or against the social, cultural and individual values or that seems to dividing or promoting discrimination in the society.

In our obituary/remembrance/tribute, guardians retain the copyright over all their uploaded content whilst all intellectual property relating to the website is owned by Obituarytoday.com.
