Material content

Obituarytoday.com is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content. This action would invite removal of the obituary/remembrance/tribute without refund. The user would be held responsible for the content that is found misleading, hurting or against the social, cultural and individual values or that seems to dividing or promoting discrimination in the society.


In our obituary/remembrance/tribute, guardians retain the copyright over all their uploaded content whilst all intellectual property relating to the website is owned by Obituarytoday.com.

Any re-publication of any part of the website including any content and/or the Obituarytoday.com logo is not allowed without express/written permission by Obituarytoday.com. Any breach of this by either individuals, companies or any other organization will be deemed to be a breach of both the spirit of the service and legal copyright and we reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the interests of both Obituarytoday.com and our users.
